You may return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please write to us first so we can arrange the return shipment.
Damaged in transit
Every parcel is insured. If a Deity arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours — we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, and you do not need to send the item back.
Exceptions
- Made-to-order and personalised items (custom outfits, engraved pieces)
- Opened incense and attars
- Deities that have been installed and worshipped
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
