Packaging
Marble and brass Deities travel in fitted foam cradles inside double-walled wooden or corrugated crates. Jewellery and attars are packed in cloth pouches and a gift box.
Customs
For deliveries outside India, local import duties may apply and are paid by the recipient. We declare the true value of every parcel and provide all documents your customs office may request.
Made-to-order items
Thrones, large Deities and custom outfits are made after your order: typically 3–4 weeks, plus delivery. We send progress photographs along the way.
